Samantha Tokita is a disabled photographer based in the Los Angeles Fashion District. With a keen eye for color and a passion for deep connection, Samantha captures the essence of every individual, helping them to sparkle and shine in their own unique light.

Born with a deficiency in her right leg, Sam always felt just a little out of place. Taking interest in visual arts and theatre, but never believing she’d be accepted in those spaces, she was the queen of making backup plans - until one fateful day, she wandered into a muaythai gym that forced her to make amends with her body.

Working through her own limitations led Sam to connect with other members of the disabled community. Having found her purpose and her people, she now dedicates her work to creating comfortable spaces for people to let loose and enjoy being the star of the show.
